SUMMARY:Kumi Benefit Ride/Hike
DESCRIPTION:Join me on the Kumi Cycling Event. It’s not too late. It benefits the Youth and Child Visionary Ministries (YCVM) in Kumi\, Uganda. \nMeet me at the United Methodist Church in Castro Valley at 8:00 am. \nRegistration is only $10. \nWhat a bargain!! \n2 cycling routes: \n20 miles\, elevation 1\,182. This route features Cull Canyon a popular pastoral road used by many cyclists. \n31 miles\, elevation 2\,746. This route travels on the long awaited opening of the scenic Redwood Rd to Pinehurst and Canyon Rd. \nSnacks and lunch is included. \nRoute sheets are also available on the registration site. \nAll rides start in Castro Valley and should be completed in 3 hours for lunch roughly starting at 12 pm. \nregister at https://www.runreg.com/events/?name=2025+Kumi+Benefit+Ride%2fHike \nThere are also many options in which one can participate including a walk instead of on 2 wheels.
