Let’s celebrate the opening day ribbon cutting ceremony for the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge with Bike East Bay.

Experience a relaxed Marin County teaser. Check out routes options to Tiburon, Fairfax, SF and San Rafael.

We’ll stop for donuts or coffee or a burger or all along the way.

Meet 8:00 a.m. on the San Leandro Bart northbound platform and we’ll take the 8:16 train together to Richmond. 

We will meet outside the Richmond BART station on Nevin Plaza starting at 9:00 a.m. and roll out together towards Point Richmond promptly at 9:30 a.m. You can also travel on your own and meet at the Plaza.

Look for the Cherry City Cyclists jersey.

No steep hills, just gradual short doable grades off and on the bridge. This is a NO DROP ride.

Bring water, $ and celebratory jazz hands: It’s going to be a party, and we are stoked to celebrate this together.
