Elevation 5000 ft climbing; average speed around 10 mph, approx: 48 miles

Meet at 10:00 am. Start and end at Pleasanton BART (Southwest parking lot). We will climb gently up to Mt. Diablo, then do the more difficult climb up the mountain to the summit.  Or, optionally you can choose to wait at the Junction station or turn around at Juniper overlook then wait at the Junction.  We will return by the same roads back to Pleasanton BART, with a stop at Blackhawk shopping center to eat.

The ride will be canceled if the chance of rain is 30% or more.
