If you ever wondered which streets to use when cycling through San Leandro to Castro Valley, this route is designed for you.

Let me show you some quieter roads and designated bike lanes on a relaxed paced ride. We’ll travel south on Alvarado St, through the neighborhoods, past by Bayfair BART head to Castro Valley to Redwood Road back to the start.

There will be a post ride social at one of the local breweries for those who are interested.

Meet 9:30 am for a 10:00 start at the San Leandro Bart Station.

Come with your bike mechanically sound, air in tires. Bring your bike helmet, water, snack and money.
