Saturday, September 25th

Somewhat hilly ride: 1400 ft elevation, 5-10 mph, approx 20 miles 

Meet at 9:50 am in the front of the Bayfair BART entrance, just off Hesperian Blvd. at and we’ll ride at 10:15 am. Short, some good climbing and a great work out. No coffee stops on this ride. Regroups yes and we’ll split into different riding groups if needed. We’ll ride into Castro Valley, up five Canyons off of Castro Valley Blvd. This will us above Cal State East Bay, down a steep descent on Carlos Bee, returning on the flats back to Bayfair.
Bring water, food and money.

The ride will be canceled if there 90 plus degree weather or a 30% or greater chance of rain for Saturday. Check Friday evening from this Weather Underground link: https://www.wunderground.com/hourly/us/ca/castro valley . Check for the hours between 9am and 3pm.
