Lots of country scenic roads and bay shoreline; some moderate climbing; 2200 feet; Approx 43 miles

This is a good ride to take BART: we will meet at 10:50am at the Pleasant Hill BART main entrance. Arrive at 10:50 am, so we’ll have time to sign our Ride Waiver form. Ride rolls at 11:00 am. 

We will ride West via Alhambra Valley (Pig Farm Hill), to Bay Trail, to a rest stop at Crockett sandwich shop, then East along the Carquinez Scenic Drive (no cars allowed), then South from Martinez back to Pleasant Hill BART. 

The ride will be canceled if there is a 30% or greater chance of rain for Saturday. Check Friday evening from this Weather Underground link: https://www.wunderground.com/hourly/us/ca/walnut creek .
