Destination… artsy, funky, coffee ride on a fairly flat route, touring speed (10-13 mph) with approx. 300 ft of climbing to Palo Alto. Meet 9:15 a.m. for a 9:30 roll from the west entrance of the Union City BART station. We’ll hop onto the Alameda Creek Trail, exit towards Paseo Padre to Don Edwards, over the Dumbarton Bridge into Palo Alto. If you would like to travel together from the San Leandro Bart station, meet 8:30 a.m. on the southbound platform to catch the 8:39 train to Union City.
