Ferry Building to Muir Beach

Approx 42 miles, 2900 ft.

Let’s take BART and meet at 10:20 am at the pier behind NE corner of the San Francisco Ferry Building. You may sign the waiver ahead of time on cherrycitycyclists.com. Here is Ride Waiver Form link.

Ride rolls at 10:30 am This ride will take us across the Golden Gate Bridge, through Sausalito, then over the Panoramic Highway to Muir Beach and Muir Woods.  We can eat at the Pelican Inn there, then return via the same roads.  There will be lots of regroups; this is an exploring/touring ride.

Bring water, snack, money for BART and food stop along Taraval. Rain Cancels.  Note that even if it is nice weather downtown and in Marin, it can be foggy, wet, and windy going across the bridge.  The ride will be canceled if there 90 plus degree weather or a 30% or greater chance of rain for Saturday. Check Friday evening from Weather Underground . Check for the hours between 10am and 4pm.
