Join me on a small group progressive which began on  Aug 10 & 11

Tour the Bay Area and see what’s in our own backyard.

Most rides will start from San Leandro.

If you missed a ride, no worries. Feel free to hop into the program at any time.

Note:

Each ride is gradually longer in distance and the terrain will become more challenging. The goal is to build endurance to ride 40 miles and prepare some on upcoming events such as the Waves to Wine (43 & 42 miles back to back) or the Tour De Fuzz.

If you can only ride Saturday’s or Sunday’s? No problem.

There will be ride offerings for both days for 6 wks so that you can do one or the other or both pending your personal goals.

This ride will roll from the Dublin/Pleasanton BART station (end of the line) at 2:00 pm. Your options are to meet 12:45 p.m. at the San Leandro BART station or 1:45 pm at the Dublin/Pleasanton BART station. We will hop onto the Iron Horse Trail to Norris Canyon into Las Trampas Regional Wilderness. On the return, we’ll stop by the City Center Plaza and then make our way back to BART via Alcosta Blvd. Previously, the terrain had been flat. This week, riding into Las Trampas, there will be a 5 mile moderate grade.
