A lot of moderate climbing in the first half, then flat: 2600 ft elevation, 10 mph, approx. 42 miles 

Meet in front of Shaka Shack (formerly Little House Café), 2300 Blanding Ave, Alameda at 10:15AM and ride at 10:30AM. Parking is available on Blanding and Clement Ave.

We will ride around Oakland counter-clockwise, starting in Alameda (close to Fruitvale BART), then up to Montclair, then up Burdeck/Butters and north on Skyline, over Grizzly Peak down though Kensington then Solano then south along the Bay Trail and through the Port of Oakland to Jack London Square. If the timing is right we will take the free ferry to Alameda and ride to finish that way, else Embarcadero back to Alameda. 

Make sure to bring a helmet, bottle of water and $ for food.

The ride will be canceled if the chance of rain is 30% or more.
